Snooki and JWoww attend 'RuPaul’s Drag Race' season 5 premiere at XL Nightclub

Drag queen galore took over XL Nightclub in New York City on Friday eveing with the "Rupaul's Drag Race" season 5 premiere party. Transforming the space, the midtown venue helped the Logo television show usher in it’s fifth season with style and sass. Glitter, sequins, hair, and stilettos took center stage as the drag queens hit the red carpet in gowns. Posing for the cameras were some of the past and current contestants of the show along with famed reality stars. Snooki and Jwoww from "Jersey Shore" were in attendance at the bash as well.

Serving as the hosts for the evening were Snooki and Jwoww. The two starlets are big fans of the show and Rupaul. Dressed to impress, Jwoww in a bra baring ensemble, all eyes were on the two MTV stars. Snooki stated that she felt honored to be selected as the host. “We are huge advocates for the gay community. The fact that we can do stuff with Rupaul and drag race is amazing. We feel very honored that he wanted us to host this event.” Jwoww added, “We are like fans hanging out with our idols. We aspire to look like drag queens, no joke. If you look at us at the shore we are only like one or two shades of makeup away from drag.”

Jwoww also shared some insight into what the girls have been up to. “Snooki and Jwoww 2 is on now and we have episode four coming out where you can physically see Lorenzo, you can see the birth. You’re going to see me and Roger take a trip to Maine and we’re so excited for our fans to see the upcoming episode. Nicole is killing it with Snooki Couture everything, her brand. We’re both doing tanning products and we’re both launching clothes this spring, so it,s very exciting. Clothing lines, perfume, shoes, tanning, and jewelry so its an amazing time for us. I think our biggest thing is tonight.”

Running the show, Snooki and Jwoww entertained the audience throughout the entirety of the night. Fierceness certainly served as the theme for the festive occasion.
