These snickerdoodles have a unique twist. Instead of using cinnamon sugar to coat, use my Chai sugar! Link to Chai sugar recipe is listed below.
Chai Sugar Snickerdoodles
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 ¾ cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cream of tarter
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup Chai sugar
Preheat oven to 375*.
Line 2 cookie sheets with no stick foil.
Cream butter and sugar. Add in eggs one at a time and mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Slowly add into butter mixture.
Roll into 1 inch balls.
Roll into Chai sugar.
Placed onto prepared cookie sheets.
Flatted slightly with the bottom of a glass.
Bake for 10 minutes. Cookies will be lightly browned.
