Sneakers are a big part of my life; I believe the right pair of sneakers can really make a person 10 times happier. Especially those real exclusive sneakers that are amazing but hard to find. In my search to find dope sneakers, I always find myself coming back to one of my favorite brands Alexander McQueen and their collaboration with Puma.
The latest Alexander McQueen PUMA collection tells no modern tale, but rather one of English medieval warfare marked by pluck and pageantry. Color and materials represent burnished chain mail, foreign soil, and hand-dyed, tattered flags. Footwear casts a myriad of war stories from collapsible uppers and metallic sneaker tongues. It speaks volumes to innovation and creative interpretation, all accented in medieval English. It swaggers, it declares, it reigns synonymous with the house that McQueen built: bold, rebellious, and wholly unable to sit idle when action is afoot.
The Alexander McQueen partnership with Puma began in 2005. Since then every collection exceeds the last one, the fall/winter 2012 collection is no exception. Both the men and women were well represented. The colors, the textures and well as the materials use were on point. I always prefer the fall collections because you get a good dose of lows, mid and high tops. Fur was a big contributor to this collection.
