The Herberger Art Gallery invites you to attend the Opening Reception for its latest photography exhibition, Snap.
This FREE event will take place this Friday, May 9, 2014 from 5:30 – 7:00 pm at the University Club.
Exclusively featuring work by Arizona artists, Snap explores connection between the artists’ inspiration and the photographic techniques by which they turn that vision into a work of art. The photographs range in technical processes, and include analog, digital, color, black and white, and mixed media projects.
In addition to the amazing works of art, the Opening Reception will provide light hors d’ouevres and live music by pianist Richard Talalay of String Serenade.
All artwork will be available for sale, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Herberger Theater Center’s Youth Outreach Programs: Arizona Young Artists’ Competition, Multicultural Theater Camp, and Wolf Trap.

If you won’t be able to make it to the Herberger Art Gallery for the opening reception, the exhibition will be on view through Sunday, July 1, 2014 during normal gallery hours (Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm).
