Even if you don't have food allergies, the foods & recipes listed in the slideshow are great snacks we can safely eat without having to read the labels (which food allergics are always doing).
We live in a society where we are always on the go. Often times stopping at the convenience store when we are starving will still leave us hungry, frustrated and often depressed when we are reminded (by reading those labels) that we have SOOOOO many food allergies.
Instead of feeling like, "I can eat nothing but air," focus on the foods you can eat. Invent at least 10 to 20 different ways to prepare those safe foods.
These featured snacks are a short list of items that contain none of the 10 common food allergens. They also promote feeling good because some are great for healthy skin, healthy eyes, cancer fighters, lung health, clearing out infections, and so on.
