Feeling overly tired, but having trouble sleeping through the night? Do you have a lot on your plate and not sure how you will find enough time? Do you have traffic in your life? Kids? Stressful workplace? This list goes on with ways that our adrenal glands become taxed and then deplete, but I have good news for you. Here is a way to replenish those glands with a delicious smoothie recipe that will bring added support to those adrenals and a much happier (and more sane) you!

1 cup green tea, chilled or room temp (can substitute nettle tea)
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon maca (add more if you’re acclimated)
1/2 teaspoon ginger spice or fresh ginger, grated
A dash of Celtic sea salt
A little honey, maple syrup, or stevia to sweeten (optional)

The Add-ons:
1 teaspoon ashwaganda powder
1 teaspoon Siberian ginseng (powder or open up capsules and dump into smoothie)
1 cup spinach or kale to go green
Additional super foods such as cacao, goji berries, coconut oil, bee pollen, and Spirulina.

1. Place all of the ingredients into your blender and blend for around 30-45 seconds or until your desired consistency is reached. ENJOY!
