Prada’s Spring/Summer 2012 runway show was shown in Milan and the music was the sounds of ‘well-heeled’ high heels hitting the concrete and helicopters in flight. What a combination!
The Prada collection graced the runway, which resembled a wet concrete street, in pastel blues and pleated knee length skirts in pastels and leather. There were also pleated dresses in luxe fabrications and patterns. All of the pieces had an edginess to them.
The shoes were futuristic: nude shoes in flight with winged heels as well as scarlet red pumps with the illusion of fire pouring from them!
