Perelman's book, "The Smitten Kitchen Cookbook" (Knopf, $35) was the sixth best-selling cookbook of 2012, despite being published in October, according to figures released this week from Publisher's Weekly. The Smitten Kitchen blog and book deliver un-fussy home-tested recipes appropriate for weeknight dinners or weekend entertaining.

The book tour stop in Atlanta will be February 28 at 7 p.m. at Manuel's Tavern, 602 N. Highland Avenue. Books will be provided by A Capella Books. For more information, call A Capella at 404-681-5128.
