Smell sophisticated while traveling with Arquiste parfumeur

I'm a reader. When on the road traveling and at home, I read books and magazines until the wee hours of the morning -- even in low light. Yeah, sure, I'm half blind, but I love learning about other lands, other cultures, the history of the world.

Just as there's a certain nail polish that focuses on literary and historical references, I love that Arquiste parfumeur is curated by an architect specializing in historic preservation! I was very happy to be hosted to experience it.

Arquiste is bottled in 100 ml bottles, perfect for traveling with 3-1-1 carry-on bags.

I think it's important to have a unique scent, to not smell like something found in the all-night drugstore. Standing out from the rest of the crowd is a good thing!

I noticed in L'Etrog Acqua a sharp mixed citrus note -- like zests -- with fresh, woody notes. I would definitely say this is a unisex perfume, good for interesting day occasions, like a lunch date, or elegant evening events.

Here's what they say about it:

Early Morning, October 1175, Calabria, Italy.
The cool night air dissipates under the sun’s first rays. The ripe citrus in the field has absorbed all the water of the morning dew and the farmers are ready to work on the misty green fields, speckled by the bright yellow of the citron. They leave their woody cabin and take a deep breath…

Notes include:
Myrtle leaf, Calabrese Cedrat, Sicilian Lemon, Italian Mandarin, Petitgrain Citronnier, Bergamot, Mediterranean Lavender, Labdanum, Cedar wood, Vetiver.
