Everyone is always looking for great quotes to copy and paste to their social media pages or blogs. A new Facebook page has quotes from the best source available: Mothers! Thank you Mom," by Proctor and Gamble, has a really fun, interactive Facebook Page where they feature wise sayings from people's mothers.
The graphics on the page are pleasant and they actually function well. There are little banners that people fill out with their mom's special advice, and one click creates another banner that the reader flips through like a slide show, but much faster. There is no need to submit a name, but the mother's first name or nick name can be used. For instance, I just submitted, "Barbie's Mom" on my mother's quote:
"Smile and the world smiles with you; cry and you cry alone."
Hopefully, Northeast Tennessee will participate in this little online project because some of the wisest moms in the world live here. While reading this article, several "momisms," as P & G calls them, have probably already come to mind. Share the wisdom with the rest of the world!
