An Ohio witness at Lisbon reported an object hovering over a nearby cornfield about 6:37 a.m. on January 3, 2013, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
"It was hovering over the corn field west of my house," the witness stated.
The object moved in a spiral motion.
"As it would move it would spiral and move east."
No other details were immediately available on the MUFON case, which was filed January 3, 2013. The above quotes were edited for clarity. Lisbon is a village in Columbiana County, northeastern, OH, population 2,821.
