Can the WWE make up for last week's mistake riddled show?
CM Punk defeats R-Truth.
A good start. A top guy like Punk should not ever lose to a terrible wrestler like Truth.
Natalya defeats Mickie James with a sharpshooter due to Layla and Michelle McCool interference.
More Survivor Series build I suppose.
Finlay and Drew McIntyre have a huge brawl that ends up a no contest match and extends after the bell.
That sounds stupidly awesome. I'll tune in just for this.
Rey Mysterio and Batista have a contract signing for Survivor Series.
All these say to me is "yes, they're still feuding."
John Morrison and Dolph Ziggler go to a double-countout. 2/3 Falls is booked for next week.

Beth Phoenix wins another squash.
The point is? At least I understand why Sheamus is doing this.
The Undertaker defeats Chris Jericho after a run-in on Taker by Big Show when Kane saves him.
This sounds like very good booking and a true surprise... so why do it on the taped show? This had Survivor Series written all over it.
Looks like Smackdown is at least solid with two matches looking good and an intriguing main event.

Comments
The Point of Beth winning another squash match, is to build up her heel persona, because it went down while she was on RAW after that whole Santina/Santino storyline. It makes perfect sense
