Tulisa chose to wear a plunging white dress with a ruched waist and daring middle split for the National Television Awards at the O2 on Wednesday evening.

Mistakenly, she showed off her nude spanx in her long floaty white gown. She managed to hide her slimming aid by pulling her dress.

It is not the first time that Tulisa has become a fashion failure. In the month of December last year, the X Factor judge, Tulisa suffered fashion faux pas at the Key 103 Jingle Bell Ball in Manchester.

Former N-Dubz star Tulisa appeared to enjoy the bash alone as she left her beau Danny Simpson, football player, at home.
