President Obama responded to Tennessee Governor Phil Bredesen's request for federal emergency assistance by declaring several Tennessee counties including Nashville a "catastrophic flood."  Nashville and surrounding areas are dealing with the colossal job of clean up after record rain fall over the weekend.
