The Indian Express reported on Jan 5, 2012, that many Bollywood celebrities, including former Miss World Aiswharya Rai, attended the post-wedding party hosted by UTV head Ronnie Screwvala for the newly wed actress Vidya Balan and Siddharth Roy Kapur.
The star-studded party was hosted at the Breach Candy apartment in Mumbai on Friday.
Bollywood actors Shahrukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek Bachchan, filmmaker Karan Johar, actor Anil Kapoor, veteran actress Rekha, producer Prakash Jha, Katrina Kaif, Hrithik Roshan, director Raj Kumar Hirani, Arbaaz Khan and Daboo Ratnani attended the function.
The celebrities were seen arriving after 11 p.m. on Friday for the party, which went on till the wee hours on Saturday. Shahrukh Khan arrived at 1:30 a.m.
Vidya Balan tied the knot with her long time boyfriend UTV Managing Director Siddharth Roy Kapur at a private ceremony last month.
Reportedly Balan had completed all her acting assignments before her wedding. "Vidya is very professional and it's always a pleasure to work with her. She finished her shooting before going for her marriage. So we are done with her shoot." A source told IANS.
Wish Viday Balan and Siddarth Kapur a happy married life.
