Slash unveils new single “World on Fire”

The legendary Slash has just released his latest single “World on Fire,” which features his bandmates Myles Kennedy & the Conspirators. While Slash is doing what he does best on the guitar, Kennedy takes over on vocals with an impressive effort. The track is taken from the guitarist's upcoming album “World on Fire” which comes out September 16. Speaking with Music Radar about his band, Slash said:“I think basically everyone’s a great rock ’n’ roll player. They’re real rock musicians at heart - deep down. So when we get together, we’ve built up a certain chemistry. We started out with a certain kind of chemistry and we’re just evolving from there.” The album is available for pre-order now.

Slash with be spending the summer on the road for a joint tour with Aerosmith. The “Let Rock Rule” tour will stop in Chicago July 25 at the First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre in Tinley Park. Tickets are on sale now. For more on Slash and to hear his new song, visit his website.
