Slain teens remembered at vigil

The two teens apparently slain by their father Phillip Marshall will be remembered at a 7:00 p.m. candlelight vigil at Bret Harte High school in Murphy's Ca. on Wednesday evening. Alex and Macaila will also be the focus of a memorial program being held at the high school on Saturday at 11:00 a.m.

Calaveras County Sheriff's Dept. spokesman Sgt. Chris Hewitt was asked if Phillip Marshall had a criminal record. MML reports Sgt. Hewitt stated that Phillip was booked into jail for disturbing the peace, battery, and making annoying harassing phone calls in December 2008. All of the incidents were in relation to his estranged wife and her sister.

The former pilot was also an author and occasional talk show guest on national radio programs. The books and shows he was involved with involved various conspiracies, including the 9/11 terrorist attack being an inside job.
