It is undetermined where this drink gets it's name, likely this drink was created by a spirits company although, no advertisements appear in literature surrounding this drink. It is clear this drink derives from the west coast, more specifically San Diego.
This drink composition has always been one of Gin, Fresh Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and Beer. The drink was slowly phased out by 1990 and is almost forgotten. This drink dates between 1975 - 1977 and contained at least as of then:
