Playboy model Kelly Brook was all smiles while vacationing in Naples over the weekend. The famously curvy bikini model and centerfold star is "smiling again" just a little over a month after losing her baby, at five months gestation. The miscarriage tragedy left the bikini model devastated but Brook bounced back and is happier than ever at a size 10.

BROOK: "I'M NOT NEUROTIC ABOUT PLASTIC SURGERY, WEIGHT"

"I’m not neurotic about how I look, I’m not vain enough to have plastic surgery, or have my teeth done, or hair extensions, or a boob job," the 34E-25-35 covergirl for New Look swimwear and Reebok spokesmodel says. "What I am is how I came out. No one’s perfect and you just have to accept your flaws and learn to love yourself.”

Prior to finding out she was pregnant, Brook confessed to extreme detox diets and looking "hot" in her gym clothes to keep her motiviated. Now, her workouts and fitness routine take on a more gentle vibe. Brook's exercise routine still consists of gym time but her focus isn't on losing weight. Instead she's keeping active to stay healthy.

"I really don’t watch my weight. I eat what I want and I live a very active lifestyle. I’ll never be the skinny model and I don’t ever want to be."

Hitting the gym at least three times per week, Brook's personal trainer structures cardio and endurance programs that keep her heart healthy and a lax macrobiotic diet improves energy levels and keeps the immune system strong. While she tries to focus on eating healthy most of the time, Brook says she doesn't hesitate to engage in dessert.

DIET ADVICE: "FOOD IS NOT THE ENEMY"

...I think it's really important to have a good relationship with food, enjoy what you eat and not think of it as the enemy."

Her top sweet snack? "Twix" bars or diving into her favorite splurge meal- "a cheeseburger, fries and a coke," which Brook admits she's been "having once a week" since moving back to Los Angeles.

"I eat a lot, but I eat a lot of the right things because my diet is a massive factor in terms of my mood. I tend to eat just as much as most guys I know, if not more sometimes. I hardly ever snack because I eat really substantial meals...I think it's really important to have a good relationship with food, enjoy what you eat and not think of it as the enemy."
