Sixth Annual RiverTini Pour Off to benefit the San Antonio River Foundation

Monday is the sixth annual RiverTini Pour-Off to benefit the San Antonio River Foundation. This annual competition brings together twenty of the city’s top bars and restaurants to compete for the title of this year’s best martinis as they mix specialty martinis that reflect the fresh and lively spirit of the San Antonio River. It will be held at the Embassy Suites Riverwalk from 5:30p.m. and tickets are available online.

The San Antonio River Foundation’s is a non-profit organization whose mission is to continue to bring recreation, public art and educational opportunities along the San Antonio River expansions. This year’s event will benefit the building of Confluence Park, an innovative water education park.

Some of this year’s competitors include: Cork Bar at Hotel Contessa, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Cured and La Mansion Del Rio. There will also be a raffle for a chance to win prizes like a bicycle from Bike World and a cooking class for two at the Culinary Institute of America. Attendees will have a chance to vote for their favorite martini concoction. This event is open to guests 21 years and older.

Tickets:
Tickets are $65 per person and include entrance to the event, hors d’oeuvres and a chance to win door prizes. VIP tickets are $100 and include early entrance to the event for a pre-party to sample last year’s winning martini, a Cinco Vodka swag bag and live music. Tickets are on sale online or by calling the River Foundation at (210) 224-2694.
