Americans that are still struggling to find work, especially this time of the year, will be relieved to learn that Sitel will be seeking to fill 3,500 new jobs for full-time roles at contact centers and the Work@Home Solutions program.

Sitel, a leading global customer care provider, located in Nashville, TN, announced the new associates will support the company’s rapidly expanding business with lending companies in the areas of retail, travel, financial services, communications and consumer electronics.

The additional jobs made sense for the company since many consumers expect to have multiple communication channels such as phone, email, web chat and social media for customer case issues.

“Sitel’s continued growth is directly leading to new positions in the U.S. and Canada,” said Bert Quintana, president and CEO of Sitel. “These new career opportunities reflect the trust companies place in Sitel.”

Clients also receive the highest customer service from the best–qualified talent with Sitel’s Work@Home program.

“As Sitel continues to grow, we’re proud to provide clients with innovative solutions and the best-in-class customer care,” said Quintana.

Sitel makes significant investments in training and provides on-going opportunities for employees to grow their skills, and the company is also known for promoting within the ranks for management positions.

In December 2012, Sitel hired 3,000 new employees at customer call centers across the U.S. and Canada and plans to double their remote workforce in 2014.

Interested applicants will need to apply online through the company’s website under the Careers section for one of the open positions.
