Los Angeles, CA -- Los Angeles, days before Christmas, is when one truly sees how many people are not born and bred Californians, as the city practically turns into a ghost town; yet, despite that and chilly weather (in Southern Californian terms), dozens of guests joined Celebrity Fashion Designer, Galina Sobolev, for her Single Dress Holiday Collection Trunk Show, produced by the effervescent Jenny Lesser at the ultra-chic, Code-C fashion boutique in Sunset Plaza.
Sobolev who was a finalist on Bravo’s hit show 'Launch My Line', brought all her on screen zest, encouraging every woman in the room, regardless of shape and stature, to feel great in their own skin… and if that skin happened to be covered in Sobolev’s celebrity-favorite clothing line, Single, so be it!
Celebrities, socialites, and fashionistas sipped champagne and nibbled on cheese and crackers, while six stunning models curved their way through the crowded store. Single’s key holiday pieces range from structured wrap dresses, to feminine, sequined sheers in gold, silver and black.
By nights’ end, most of the guests left with ribboned Code-C packages filled with the newest additions to their wardrobes; many of which will no doubt be appearing on the upcoming award season red carpets.
