What if there was a special event designed to address the issues and concerns of single Christian women, dedicated to living a life of purity, wholeness and contentment. An event that would encourage, inspire, uplift and promote holiness through God’s word. Well look no further because that event is here and Baltimore, you are cordially invited!

Many times, being a single woman is looked upon as a “curse” and not the blessing that it really is during that particular season. In a haste to be married, many single Christian women find themselves struggling with not only issues within the flesh, but issues of anxiety, self-esteem and self-worth. But one ministry has dedicated its entire mission to helping women to realize their value in Christ and instill in them that they are “worth the wait” hence the title of this awesome women’s conference. The “Worth the Wait” Single Women’s Conference is an extension of I Am the Chase Ministries, founded by author and dynamic speaker, Quiniece Sheppard. Sheppard is a blessed single woman of God with a powerful testimony and revelation that she shares in her compelling book, The Seven Deadly Sexual Sins. The author has also published newly released e-book, Walking the Path to Real Love: 12 Steps to Practicing Abstinence and Celibacy to further encourage single women and men on their path.

The conference scheduled for Saturday, April 9, 2011 (2pm - 5pm) is expected to be a tremendous blessing to all who attend. It will be held at the Doubletree Hotel located at 5485 Twin Knolls Road, Columbia, MD. Attire is casual, jeans plus conference t-shirt, (included in cost of registration.) The conference will feature several prolific guest speakers including Baltimore’s own, Evangelist Annette Morton, author of “Transference of Coverings: Understanding a Man’s Role Over a Woman’s Life” and Poet, Sheri Booker. Also on the guest roster will be Certified Christian Life Coach, Jaime Rohadfox, Evangelist Cassandra Sheppard and Psalmist, Carmen Calhoun.

Early registration for this awesome event has been extended but only for a limited time. $45 registration fee until 2/18/11 includes your conference t-shirt, meal, entertainment and all of the information that will be poured into the single women on that day. It is encouraged that you register early but if for any reason you are unable to do so, ticket cost will increase. Registration is online only at

So many conferences this month and upcoming ones too. I covering two in my area. This one sounds like it will be a great event. Is Evang. Morton any relation to Bishop Morton?
    Good post Joy.
