Valentine's Day is traditionally thought to be a day for sweethearts. But how much more meaningful it would be if the day could be more a celebration of those we love not only romantically, but those who have and continue to make a difference in our lives.
For me, Valentine's Day is about friendship. I have a friend named Lucy, who is 92 years old, lives out in the suburbs in a retirement home, and sometimes, needs to be reminded that she is loved. This Valentine's Day I've arranged to send Lucy a surprise.
Is there someone you know who needs to be reminded?
Why not send a song?
