Singer Pink attributes her super-fit body to rigorous yoga and cardio workouts.
Pink showed off her chiseled physique and impressive acrobatic skills while performing her hit single "Try" at the 2014 Grammy Awards Jan. 26.
"On tour I work out about five times a week," said Pink. "I do an hour of cardio and an hour of yoga with my dancers before almost every show. Sometimes I feel more like an athlete than a singer!"
Even when she's not touring, Pink stays active every day by hiking or running, saying exercise lifts her spirits. "Even when you're not in the mood, it's worth motivating yourself to do something," she said.
Pink, who followed a mostly vegan diet for a while, now eats chicken and fish, and always makes an effort to eat well. However, she doesn't deprive herself, and occasionally indulges her appetite for tasty carbs when cravings hit.
"If I'm hungry for bread or pasta or a french fry, I eat it," she said. "I cannot resist cheesecake! You can't be too controlled."
Pink, who was once teased for having "man-abs," has credited regular exercise for her 60-pound weight loss after giving birth to daughter Willow Sage in June 2011.
The singer typically works out 60 to 90 minutes a day doing a combination of P90X, running and hot yoga. While regular workouts haven't made her model-thin, Pink said regular exercise has boosted her body image and self-confidence. "I'd love to be 10 pounds thinner, but it's not in the cards for me," she said. "And I'm totally OK with that."
