The 26-year-old musician is at the same facility that actress-singer Demi Lovato went to when she suffered her nervous breakdown several years ago, according to TMZ. Lovato, now seemingly doing much better, was in rehab for multiple issues, including bulimia, self-injury, "self-medicating" with cocaine and alcohol, and a bipolar disorder which was diagnosed after she entered rehab.

In an interview with TMZ, Ke$ha said:

"I'm a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself, but I've found it hard to practice. I'll be unavailable for the next 30 days, seeking treatment for my eating disorder ... to learn to love myself again, exactly as I am."

TMZ mentioned that the songstress looked noticeably thinner than usual in her recent music video for “Timber,” in which she appeared with Pitbull.

Her weight loss was also noticeable when Ke$ha appeared in her new music video for "Dirty Love" which was made available online only a few days before she entered rehab, according to toofab.

Dirty Love” shows the vegetarian performer “stripping down to some very revealing lingerie while putting her bare bottom and breasts on display,” making her weight loss all that much more evident.

Regarding “Dirty Love,” which Ke$ha directed, the singer wrote on her website:

“Death by glitter. hope u like it. heres my directorial debut for the Dirty Love music video from my warrior album.”
