"Ten", "Vocal Rush" and "Home Free" are the three finalists in the Dec. 25, Christmas Day episode of "The Sing Off." This season has certainly gone much more quickly than past seasons have but we are certainly happy to see it back on the air. The show kicked off with the group performance that included all of the acapella groups that competed this year singing Michael Jackson's "Man in the Mirror."
The Pentatonix are going to be entertaining during the finale and to thrill and give some last minute advice to all the groups competing they showed up at each rehearsal. They rocked the show with "I Need Your Love"
"Home Free" crooned "I Want Crazy", the lead singer Austin Brown has both personality, a great voice with a huge range and a memorable look but the dude who amazes the audience is low low low voiced Chris Rupp, who has the biggest range we ever heard. The group is rounded out by Rob Lundquist, Adam Rupp, and Tim Foust.
Ben Folds joined "Vocal Rush" for "The Little Drummer Boy/Peace on Earth" medley.
Jewel joined the all male A 'Capella group "Home Free" and knocked it out of the park with "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas," Shawn couldn't even contain himself.
Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo performed "We are Young," you could tell the youngsters on the show were in awe to have so many veterans of the music business on the stage singing with them.
"Vocal Rush" finished up with Katy Perry's "Roar." This group is amazing completely ignoring that they are the youngest group to ever make it to the finals. This was a very ambitious song and they did it very well.
We have become a new fan of Jewel and you can follow her @Jeweljk on Twitter. I hope CBS doesn't make us wait two years for another season of this great musical TV show.
