Simultaneous success for Canada on Friday

According to CBC Sports, Jamie Benn of the Dallas Stars scored the game winning goal for Canada in their semi-final victory over the United States in men's hockey at the same minute on Friday that Charle Cournoyer of Boucherville, Quebec crossed the finish line in the men's 500m short track speed skating event to win his Olympic bronze medal.

The fact that these two events existed simultaneously was mathematically remarkable, and it just goes to show how much more exciting the Olympic Winter Games are by watching it on television than being in attendance.

For me for example, I have the capability of watching five Olympic events at once. I am in tune to everything that is going on and provide you, the Examiner reader, with the most accurate Olympic information possible as fast as possible.

The 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi only have two more days to go, and for the third consecutive Olympic Games it has been a pleasure writing for www.examiner.com.
