Yes it could! By adding one simple ingredient that you normally would not think of into the blender will cause your protein drink to become a spoon eating shake.

Plus there is an added benefit to this ingredient as well, essential fatty acids and rich in potassium that your body needs.

A drum roll please....AVACADO!!!

Avocados provide nearly 20 essential nutrients, including fiber, potassium, Vitamin E, B-vitamins and folic acid. They also act as a "nutrient booster" by enabling the body to absorb more fat-soluble nutrients, such as alpha and beta-carotene and lutein, in foods that are eaten with the fruit.

One more thing that most people don't realize about avacados, they have a neutral flavor to them. Meaning they take on the flavor of what ever they are mixed with.

So a simple and healthly recipe

  • 8 oz of water
  • 6 to 8 ice cubes
  • one scoop of protein
  • a 1/4 slice of Avocado

blend it pour into a glass and eat with a spoon.
