The family and I made this delicious treat of a dinner together tonight. A wonderful way to kick off 2014 National Pancake Week March 2nd thru March 8th.

A great change from the regular pancakes. The family loved these new pancakes.

What you will need:

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup raisins (2 snack boxes)
