Simple salmon recipe

 

 

 

Fish is a very healthy food to eat and this is a fast and simple recipe for salmon. Recent studies show that salmon reduces your risk of heart disease, and is rich in omega 3's. You can often find it on sale at local grocery stores. Jewel often has it on sale, here is their weekly ad.

 


What you need:

12-16 oz. of Salmon fillets

2 tbsp. butter or Smart Balance spread

1/2 tsp. paprika

1 tsp. dill

3 tbsp. lemon juice

salt and pepper


Step by step:

  1. First season with salt and pepper, and all other seasoning.
  2. Pour on lemon juice evenly.
  3. Dab on butter evenly.
  4. Place in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Now enjoy a healthy, delicious and very easy meal.

Couples Tip:
