Silver Alert Issued for former resident of Upper Darby missing

A Silver Alert (Missing Person Alert) has been issued for Frances “Frankie” Mareno, 50, formerly of Upper Darby, who resides in North Carolina who has not been seen since yesterday at approximately 1 p.m. Miss Marino was last seen on Pine Street, Dunn, North Carolina is wearing blue jeans, a black tee and black sweater. Miss Mareno, who is white, stands 5 ft 11 inches and weighs approximately 150 lbs. She has dark brown to black hair with blue eyes. According to the North Carolina Center for Missing Persons Miss Mareno suffers from dementia or some other cognitive impairment. Miss Mareno’s family is asking for anyone with information to please contact Lt Jackson at the Dunn Police Department at 910-892-2345.

Miss Mareno lived in the Highland Park section of Upper Darby and attended Upper Darby High School. Miss Mareno’s sister, Phina Mareno who still lives in the area is asking for prayers and that anyone with any information please contact the Dunn Police Department.
