A Silver Alert has been issued by the Oklahoma City police. William Howard is missing. According to a March 13 report by KWTV Channel 9 News in Oklahoma City, William Howard was last seen in southwest Oklahoma City.

Howard is 89. He suffers from Alzheimer's. The police stated that he is in danger. He is currently taking medication. William Howard was last seen in the 2400 block of S.W. 46 Street. That was at 2 p.m.

William Howard was last seen wearing a white cap. It had a Walt Disney logo on it. He was also wearing khaki pants and a khaki shirt or jacket.

“I don't live to far from there,” Olivia Rodgers, from Oklahoma City, said. “I will certainly be looking for him. I pray he is found safe and sound. And, soon, very soon.”

Silver Alerts were created to help find senior adults who are missing and in danger. It is much like the Amber Alert, which are used to help locate children who are missing and in danger.

If anyone sees William Howard, the Oklahoma City police are urging them to contact the police. Simply call 911 if you see this elderly man with Alzheimer's.
