Silent Movies: Adored & Restored

Ever wish you could go back in time to experience movies like your ancestors did? About 700 kids from King County got to experience The Immigrant, a Charlie Chaplin film, on the big, big screen accompanied by the Mighty Wurlitzer Organ at the Paramount Theatre in Seattle today. Some were given tours of the theatre ahead of time and some dressed up at Mr. Chaplin himself. Whether or not high-tech generation walked away impressed or not, remains to be seen.
