Sigourney Weaver’s fashion wasn't appreciated when she walked the red carpet of the SAG Awards last week. The entertainer hit every worst dress list as critics shared that she looked like she was wearing a plastic trash bag. On Friday, the reports on why she had terrible looking threads was revealed and it’s rather shocking.
Apparently Sigourney Weaver’s SAG Awards dress was worn backwards. The $3,500 Lanvin dress was perfect on the bottom, but Weaver decided she didn't like the plunging V-neck on the front so she flipped it to show off her back. Which explains why the odd shaped front looked so frumpy as the lines didn't align correctly with her body.
While the unflattering shape had many people wondering what happened to the gown, it obvious that the v-neck wasn't perfect for the star. Opting to look more classic the star decided not to show off all her assets in the front. The only problem with this idea is that it made her look strange and a better choice would have been to pick a dress of an entirely different style that made her more comfortable.
