The Staten Island Children’s Museum has begun registration for summer camp. "The Museum’s mini-camp programs, which explore such topics as cooking, animals, art, dancing, science and nature, jewelry-making as well as good old summertime fun, offer something for most any child. Camps are designed for children ages four and up, and we offer full and half day options," added today (March 6).

Camp begins June 30 and will run weekly to the week of August 25-29. Here's a rundown:

Week 1: *June 30 to July 3, Animal Camp

Week 2: July 7 to 11, Arty Camp

Week 3: July 14 to 18, Cooking Camp

Week 4: July 21 to 25, Dance Camp

Week 5: July 28 to August 1, Arty Camp

Week 6: August 4 to 8, Cooking Camp

Week 7: August 11 to 15, Discovery Camp

Week 8: August 18 to 22, Jewelry Camp

Week 9: August 25 to 29, Summer Fun Camp

The Staten Island Children's Museum is located at Snug Harbor Cultural Center, 1000 Richmond Terr., Livingston. The Museum is open Tuesday through Sunday & closed Monday, except most school holidays.
