Everything on the menu looked amazing. We started our meal with an Artisan Breakfast Pastry Basket, then each of us was served a "Taste of the Market" tray which featured Gravlax with toasted rye berries, mustard greens and bee pollen, Heirloom Tomato with basil, Burrata and cucumber jus, Yogurt and Granola with local raw honey and a delicious Corn Soup with basil and olive oil.

Next, we were on to the main course. I had an Egg White Frittata with a side of Rosemary Tater Tots. We loved this dish. Being a vegetarian some other options, which looked appealing were the Baked Egg with heirloom tomatoes and local spinach, Avocado Toast with French sourdough, jalapeno and lemon juice, the Beet Salad with farmhouse yogurt, beet gazpacho and walnuts, the Buttermilk Pancakes with Vermont Maple Syrup, and McCann's Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal.

Some other highlights on the menu included Eggs Benedict with ham or smoked salmon on a whole wheat muffin, pasta from Brooklyn with beef Ragu and parmesan cheese, the Signature Burger sourced from La Frieda, New York, Salmon with cucumber Coulis and dill and the Lobster Salad with grapefruit, fennel and butter lettuce. Soon it was time for dessert! Plates of colorful cookies were served and dark chocolates. The Chocolate S'mores and Strawberry Shortcake duo with chocolate ice cream was so scrumptious! After brunch guests mingled and posed for photos. Check out the hashtag #clementbrunch on Instagram for fabulous photos from the event.

On Saturday, July 19, the ladies of Danity Kane shut down Haze Nightclub at Aria. Earlier in the day they also performed a poolside set at Liquid Pool Lounge at Aria. At Haze the trio headed to a VIP table before their performance. They sang "Show Stopper," "Damaged" and their new single "Lemonade." They also sang a very special "Happy Birthday," to singer Travis Garland who arrived with the group.

On July 16, The Samsung Shape Summer Mix Series event was a great way to be introduced to the very talented artist Katy Tiz. The panel included the artist Katy Tiz and Billboard's Andrew Hampp who interviewed her about her career. While Katy Tiz was being interviewed it was clear that she was excited to be here in New York City and happy that her music was being appreciated. Katy was filled with joy and laughter while being interviewed on stage. Katy spoke about different topics such as living in Los Angeles, the experience of seeing herself performing on TV, while she was on the road and sometimes being homesick and missing the breakfast tea from her homeland - England.

Katy shared stories about running into other celebrities such as Justin Timberlake and Jennifer Lopez and said she was shocked to be in their presence. After the panel came to a conclusion Katy Tiz prepared to perform for the room full of influencers. She performed two great songs, one of the songs was one that she called her brother's favorite, the other was her hit single "The Big Bang". The spectators of the panel gave Katy a loud applause for her performance, which she greatly deserved due to her magnificent voice. After the performance, people began to socialize with Katy and take pictures in the Samsung Shape Photo Booth. Overall, it was a great experience learning about Katy Tiz and her encounters in the music industry.
