Cheese 101: Thursday, January 23rd - You love cheese, but don’t know where to begin. Enjoy a wide selection of cheeses from fresh and mild to pungent and piquant. Sickles’ expert cheesemongers will guide you in a discussion on how to taste, pair, shop for, and cook with a variety of artisan cheeses.
Regions of Romance: Thursday, February 27th
Romance languages are those that derive from Latin, the most prominent examples being French, Spanish and Italian. Explore these "regions of romance" in a series of perfect pairings from Sickles’ expert cheesemongers. Couples, friends, and singles are all welcome at this educational tasting.
Spring Cleaning: Thursday, March 27th
Have a few pieces of cheese lingering around in the fridge? Unsure of how to use that unique honey or jam that you received as a gift? Let Sickles’ creative cheesemongers show you some professional tips for turning small bites into abundant spreads, with items you might already have at home. Learn the basic rules of pairing cheese with sweet and savory elements to satisfy and surprise guests.
Cheese classes will be held in Sickles Market's Greenhouse from 6:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.
