Siberian Mowgli, this is the name given to a feral man who emerged from the Siberian forest after living there for the last 16 years. The Siberian Mowgli is thought to be in his 20’s, from what he's said so far. He was just a child of about four-years-old when he first went to live in one of the most remote and unforgiving areas of the world.
According to RT News on Sept. 11, the Siberian Mowgli was living in a hut in the ground near a South Siberian resort area in Russia’s Altai region, when he was found by a woman. The man can speak, but his speech is delayed, but clear. He said he was born in 1993 and he’s been in the Siberian wilderness since 1997.
In 1997 his parents decided to leave society and they made their life in the Siberian wilderness. His parents left him in the hut by himself in May and have not returned. Siberian Mowgli or Forest boy, as the media has dubbed the young man, has had no formal education, lacks social skills and has never ventured outside of the woods.
The parents were seen by locals leaving the island Sakhalin, which is on the Pacific coast of Russia. The parents haven’t broken any laws, the forest boy is of legal age and although he’s been abandoned, he’s not a child.
