Showers and thunderstorms for the Clarksville area tonight

A strong system will begin to move into the Clarksville area today causing the mostly cloudy skies that are currently over the area. Temperatures will remain below average under the mostly cloudy skies as today's high will be in the upper forties. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will move into the area tonight as the system moves in. Some of the thunderstorms tonight may produce heavy rain and strong winds. The main cold front will move through the region tomorrow morning bringing another round of showers and thunderstorms. Some of these storms may be strong to severe as cold air will rush in behind this system. Looking to the rest of the workweek, temperatures are expected to be below normal as highs will struggle to reach fifty and lows will once again be below freezing.
