A series of systems continue to move through the Clarksville area bringing scattered showers once again to the region. The next round of showers and imbedded thunderstorms will be overnight Thursday. Some of the precipitation may be heavy at times as it moves through. Temperatures are expected to remain warm through Friday when this system moves through as high temperatures are expected to be in the upper sixties. Looking to the weekend, another system is expected to move through the area Saturday into Sunday. This will not only bring another round of precipitation to the area, but will drop temperatures back to their averages by the beginning of next week.
