Show Preview: Lionel Richie live at the Honda Center on June 3

Lionel Richie is returning to Southern California with his "All The Hits All Night Long". The second leg of his North American and Canadian tour kicked off May 29th in Vancouver, Canada. The tour will come to the Honda Center in Anaheim on Tuesday, June 4th. Richie will be performing all his hits with The Commodores and his solo hits as well. The show starts at 7:30 p.m. with Grammy winner CeeLo Green opening the show.

Richie is a five time Grammy winner who has sold over With over 100 million albums worldwide. He has also won 16 American Music Awards, a Golden Globe Award and an Oscar®.

Richie began his music career in the band The Commodores which he formed with 5 classmate in Tuskagee, Alabama. They signed with Motown Records in the 70s and hit it big with singles “Brick House,” “Easy", "Zoom', "Still" and "Sail On" to name a few.

Richie pursued a solo career in the 80 and became one of the most successful artists of the 1980s. He earned nine #1 singles as a solo artist, including “Endless Love,” “Truly,” “Hello,” to name a few. Another one of #1 songs “Say You (Say Me)” earned him a Golden Globe award and an Oscar®.

Richie continues his three-decade career recording and touring and will be honored with the 2014 BET Lifetime Achievement Award at the BET Awards on June 29th.

Richie's last album Tuskegee reached the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 in 2012 and was certified platinum after selling 1 million units in the United States.
