Bobby Alt and The Viper Room will present Sin*Atra: A Man and His Music with The Toledo Show on Friday, January 17th. The Viper Room will be transformed into the likes of the Copacabana, Alt will be performing Frank Sinatra covers for the evening.

Alt is best known as the lead singer from Street Drum Corps. The Los Angeles band is known for their high energy percussion show. They group have been together nine years and have recorded four albums on Interscope Records. The band started with pots and pans, trash cans, street percussion vibe playing Magic Mountain in Valencia. They then went to other theme parks, Disney, private parties, bar mitzvahs.

They now have a Street Drum Corps Production which is called "Bang", which goes out to all the colleges, performing arts centers and theme parks and perform.

The band has toured with 30 Seconds to Mars, The Used, Linkin Park to name a few. The recently just finished a residency in Las Vegas.

When asked how he came up with the idea Alt replied: "A few years back I was asked by the Roxy on Sunset if I knew anyone that could perform some Sinatra songs at on The Rox for a party they were having... I told them I could sing Sinatra and that I had a great band and that we could do it... Ha (sort of a fib) but I needed the loot.. I assembled a band and it was hit that night! Everyone really enjoyed the spin that we put on it... Dayle Gloria was at that show and thought the performance and sound was great! She has been trying to get me to do it ever since then ... And to be honest it just requires a ton of work, dedication, and man power to really do it justice... So we found some time and got in the studio and put it all back together again... We are actually recording the set at American Recording Company in Calabasas this weekend to capture the magic with legendary record producers Richard Podolor and Bill Cooper. The band is made up of my partners in Street Drum Corps Adam Alt on Percussion, Frank Zummo on Drums, National Anthem's Jeff Howell, and The New # 2's Jeremy Faccone."

"The Viper room is a perfect fit for this sort of intimate presentation of Frank Sinatra The Man and His Music.. We hope to do it at the Viper more often and even bring the show to Vegas.. Add some horns, strings, and background singers! Come Fly with US!"
