Do you truly care about the increased use of force at the border in order to prevent illegal aliens from coming across the nation’s borders into America? That seems to be a problem for illegal alien advocates according to Fox News and they are registering their concerns publically.
The leader of Coalición de Derechos Humanos in Tucson, Arizona is claiming that the U.S. Border Patrol is a, “We have a police agency that is totally out of control, and that there is no accountability and no transparency,” said Isabel Garcia according to Fox News.
It truly depends upon the point of view of the person on the receiving end of the increased violence that has erupted on the illegal crossing points being used by illegal aliens. The Department of Homeland Security’s inspector general’s report found that border patrol agent fatal shootings were 22 from 2010 – 2013. It appears when the number of illegal aliens crossing the American border numbers in the tens of thousands, the fatal shootings is somewhat microscopic.
Garcia has stated that she feels that the shootings were of innocents throwing rocks at the border agents, yet has offered no evidence of the conditions which warranted that deadly force should not have been used in the border agent shootings.
In fact, vice president of the National Border Patrol Council Shawn Moran begs to differ from the illegal alien advocate. He offers a far different picture of the use of deadly force by agents at the border. The rocks thrown at officers are huge. He asserts, “These are rocks that will cave in your skull — it is a deadly force situation no matter what these groups try to claim,” reported Fox News.
Should Americans be crying the illegal aliens at river because of their clear intention to break the nation’s immigration laws? Should the agents be using kid gloves in addressing illegals that use deadly force? Moran is not buying it when it comes to having his agents suffering traumatic brain injuries due to the assaults from illegals. He adds, “We’re not going to see another agent get injured and not have the ability to defend themselves,” according to Fox News.
