The Ontario County Sheriff's Office and the Ontario County Humane Society arrested a couple from Shortsville, N.Y. earlier this week and charged them with felony aggravated animal cruelty after discovering an emaciated Doberman Pinscher left in a cage in a child's bedroom reported whec.com.
Shawn Fenner, 41, and Kymmberlie Fullagar, 42, were arrested at their Shortsville Road home when the nine-year-old dog named Isis was found in a metal crate draped over with blankets and clothes.
Isis is now in the custody of the Ontario County Humane Society.
The couple are scheduled to appear in court.
