Short Pump Town Center is being renovated to get more retailers and restaurants

According to WRIC-Channel 8 News in Richmond, Virginia on Feb. 27, Short Pump Town Center announces a multimillion dollar renovation with at least 15 new stores and a number of restaurants.

Short Pump Town Center is located in Henrico at 11800 West Broad Street.

By the Christmas holiday, shoppers will have more stores to shop in and more restaurants to dine in because renovations are expected to be complete in the next six to nine months.

Short Pump Town Center Vice President/General Manager Kem Blue says:

"The addition of these new retailers and restaurants brings many regional firsts to Short Pump Town Center. The center continues to grow and build on its reputation as Richmond's premier shopping destination."

Other than retailers and restaurants, the renovation project will include a new enhanced main entrance, new gathering spaces, a centrally located elevator, redesigned fountains, additional lush landscaping, a feature fireplace, enhanced way-finding signage and improved restrooms. Additionally, the renovations will include canopies over walkways, a new pedestrian bridge that will go across the Main Plaza.

After the new stores open, if you can't find it at Short Pump Town Center, you probably won't find it anywhere.
