A shooting near rapper French Montana's "Excuse My French" tour bus has left one person dead and one other person injured.

The shooting happened at the Holiday Inn Express on the 100 block of North Christopher Columbus Boulevard.

French Montana was seen leaving Philadelphia police headquarters after he was questioned for a few hours.

Philadelphia police also interviewed twenty other witnesses.

The deadly shooting happened around 11:30 pm yesterday. Many fans, as well as French Montana's entourage followed him to the Holiday Inn Express after he performed at the Theater of the Living Arts that same day.

The shooting is being classified as a drive-by shooting. The suspect vehicle is being classified as a four door sedan that was black in color with tinted windows on it.

Another similar incident happened last month when French Montana played at the Aria resort and casino's nightclub, Haze, in Las Vegas. Three people were killed and another five people were injured in that incident. That incident started after an altercation in the valet area of the casino.
