Shoe store robbery: Man robs same shoe store after 15 years in prison

A shoe store robbery is making headline news today because it's pretty crazy. A man served 15 years behind bars after being convicted of robbery in New Jersey. According to a video report by GeoBeats, Christopher Miller robbed a Stride Rite store in Tom's River, just one day after he was released from prison. This was, in fact, the same store that Miller had robbed over a decade ago.

According to the report, Miller took a bus from Atlantic City to Tom's River. He reportedly entered the Stride Rite store and "demanded cash and cell phones" from the employees. Miller took off on foot but was located by police shortly after.

The shoe store robbery (part two) left Miller back in jail and he is facing yet another robbery charge -- evidently he didn't learn his lesson. No word on why Miller chose Stride Rite as his target but apparently he thought he'd get away with it the second time around. Chance are good that Miller will be spending the next decade or more behind bars -- but when he does get out, Stride Rite might want to be prepared.
