Actor Shia LaBeouf was attacked in London, by a passerby who saw the celebrity filming two girls vomiting in the street, in Leicester Square. Yes, that’s the story. When the girls, Asg and Isis Nawaz, noticed someone was taking pictures of their predicament, reports UPI on Friday, Oct. 11, they called for him to stop. So did an unidentified man on the street.
LaBeouf then turned the camera on the newcomer and kept filming. The newcomer knocked the camera from his hands and struck him. Others got involved. It appears that most of the participants in the scuffle had been drinking, and bouncers from a nearby club broke up the fight. LaBeouf, after being attacked, beat a hasty retreat.
The story goes on. When the girls recognized their amateur paparazzo, they wanted him to continue. Ash Nawaz gushed: "I only realized it was Shia after he’d been beaten up. If I’d known, I’d have let him film me as much as he liked. I have a massive crush on him.”
Shia LaBeouf is in London, shooting a movie with Brad Pitt. So far, “Fury” is causing a frenzy. The World War II film has a great start on publicity.
