Sometimes, I just sit in the quiet moments and thank God for being so good to me. Don't get me wrong, my life has been lived in the real world. I have experienced sickness, death of loved ones, finances, struggles and troubles. I always find myself in those quiet moments, thinking about the good things in my life, hope, joy, love, truth, family, friends, my three kids and God, not in any particular order! Yet, glad I have them in my life! What about those who have no hope, no joy and no love in their life? How do they get out of bed, every morning, knowing that it will be another hopeless, joyless, loveless kind of day! Do they not realize, that they are a child of God and are loved by Him? What a difference God will make in their lives! Look for the quiet moments and start listening to what God is saying to you.
Romans 8:35-37 Can anything ever separate us from Christ's love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or are hungry or cold or in danger or threatened with death? No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loves us.
So, as we find ourselves in those quiet moments, thanking God for loving us just the way we are, we know that whatever we are struggling with, victory will be ours! Shhhhh...be quiet......shhhhh, God is whispering in my ear. God wanted me to tell you that "He loves you and victory will be yours through His son Jesus Christ!" Sometimes we just have to be quiet...shhhhhhhh.....listen to God.
Grace and peace my friends!
